Services
Every service below has a set scope, a set deliverable, and a set price — so you can decide without a sales call. When something is out of scope, we say so before we start.
Intro call
A 30-minute video call. You describe your business and what eats your time; we say honestly whether we can help and what we would try first. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and, where we can, point you toward someone better placed.
- —Free
- —Online, in English
- —No preparation needed
Operations & Funding Check
The recommended starting point. We interview you (60–90 minutes), review how work actually flows through your company, and check current public support programs against your situation. You receive a written report in English: where your hours go, which tasks AI can realistically take over, which subsidies fit your company, and what we would do first — with or without us.
- —Written report + 60-minute debrief
- —Within 10 business days
- —If the report contains nothing you can act on, we refund the fee in full
AI Sprint
Pick one workflow — replying to Japanese emails, reading incoming documents, drafting invoices, preparing city-hall paperwork. Over four weeks we build it with you, using tools your team can keep running without us. You end the month with a working routine, not a slide deck.
- —4 weeks, one workflow, fixed scope agreed in writing
- —Handover included: your team runs it after week 4
- —Two weeks of adjustments after delivery, included
Business Partner
A standing line to people who know how small business works in Japan. Monthly review call plus asynchronous questions in English: a letter from the tax office, a bank form, a supplier contract, a pricing decision. You stop guessing alone.
- —Monthly 60-minute review + questions by email anytime
- —No minimum term — cancel at the end of any month
- —First month: if it was not useful, we refund it
Funding support
When a subsidy fits, we help you build the business plan and application materials around it — the part where most applications are actually won or lost. Fee structure (a planning fee plus a success-based portion) is explained plainly on a call before you commit to anything.
- —Program scan + eligibility reading
- —Business-plan drafting support in Japanese
- —Clear fee quote before you decide
A note on licenses: our funding support covers management advice and planning. Ryoya Tosaka, our representative director, holds national licenses as a gyoseishoshi (certified administrative scrivener) and SME management consultant; those licenses belong to him personally and are separate from the company's services. Where a procedure legally requires a licensed professional — immigration filings, certain government submissions — we will tell you clearly, and you decide how to proceed.
